ORDERS
Orders are processed through this online shop but can also be e-mailed or posted to us, though credit card payments can not be processed offline.
PAYMENT
All prices are in New Zealand dollars ($NZD) and include local taxes (GST @ 12.5%) in the listed price.
International orders will be adjusted at checkout to exclude local taxes (GST). Once you have entered your delivery and billing address at checkout, or created an account, the prices will then display excluding local taxes (GST).
Note: Any tax and/or customs duty payable on international orders will be your responsibility.
Payment of your order can be made by either:
Credit Card
Credit card transactions are processed through the secure PayPal website.
Acceptable credit cards are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express or a PayPal Member Account.
NZ Bank Transfer (NZ only)
Either by internet banking or deposit into our account at any branch of The National Bank.
Cheque/Money Order (NZ only)
Please allow 5 business days for clearance of personal cheques.
Full payment details will be shown during checkout and on the confirmation e-mail.
Full payment is to be received within 7 business days of the date of the order or the order maybe cancelled and item/s put back into stock.

Delivery Time
Upon receipt and verification of your payment, your order will be processed and couried to you within 2-5 business days.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after 2.30pm during the week, will not be processed until the next business day.
Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for rural and South Island delivery addresses.
All goods are delivered by courier and signature required on receipt of delivery for security purposes.
Courier packs cannot be sent to PO addresses (as they need to be signed for), so please supply a physical address.
International Shipping:

Delivery Time
Upon receipt and verification of your payment, your order will be processed and posted to you by within 3-10 business days.

RETURNS - 10 Day Money Back Guarantee
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, SS Design offers a 10 day money back guarantee on your purchase.
The following terms and conditions apply:
- Please contact us by e-mail, providing your order number, informing us of your intent to return your item purchased and whether you require a replacement or a refund.
- The item must be returned in its original condition. Note: SS Design will not replace or refund an item if it is considered to be mistreated or damaged through wear and tear.
- The item must be returned to us within 10 days from receipt of the item.
- You are responsible for all postage costs incurred in returning the item, SS Design does not refund postage.
- The returned item remains your responsibility until received by SS Design.
- If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact us by e-mail within 10 days, providing your order number and details of the damage/defect and then arrangements will be made regarding a replacement item. The item must be returned in it's original packaging.
